Rutherford County Democratic Women (RCDW), also known as Heart of the Party, is an all-volunteer, grassroots, membership-based progressive organization. Any Democrat in Rutherford or surrounding counties may become a member by completing our member form.

We engage in a variety of activities to build a future where every Tennessean, no exceptions, has the opportunity, access, and support needed to build a future for themselves and their families that is free from state-sanctioned oppression and violence.
