The Democrats Care Committee is an in-person representation of our Democratic values and vision of the world as we believe it should be: one where no one experiences food or housing insecurity, where the basic needs of all community members are met, and where the Golden Rule of treating others as we would like to be treated is a taken-for-granted fact. We do projects like conducting food drives and volunteering at food banks; exploring ways to increase housing security and advance the rights of renters; providing care packs for unhoused people; and special projects like holiday support for people in need.
